Athleta Store Coming to Glen Mills

Gap’s Athleta brand has grown leaps and bounds in the past two years. I attended the Walnut Street store opening back in November 2011, which was the first Athleta store in our area and one of the first brick-and-mortar stores for the brand in the country. Now, we’ve got ones in KOP; Marlton and Princeton, New Jersey; and a soon-to-open store in the Glen Eagle Square shopping center on 202 near Route 1.

The Glen Mills Athleta is set to open on November 19th. No word yet on an opening party, but once it’s up and running, expect Athleta’s full in-store fitness wear offerings—clothes and gear for runners, yogis, and more—as well as the free in-store events and fitness classes we’ve been loving for years here in the city.
