Last month, I told you about the awesome total-body tone-up class Barefoot Boot Camp that’s offered at Yoga Garden’s Narberth studio. Looks like the Philly studio is testing the waters to see if there’s interest in bringing the high-intensity class to its South Street location. To wit: This Wednesday at 11 a.m., you can take a free Barefoot Boot Camp class to see what all the fuss is about.
It’s a 45-minute session (take an early lunch break, maybe?) that hits on cardio, strength training and flexibility for a seriously well-rounded, seriously sweaty workout. The class incorporates interval training for a terrific calorie burn.
No need to sign up ahead of time. Just show up with a mat, and be ready to work.
