BeWOW: Your New Favorite 30-Minute Workout

Feeling a tad competitive this week? Good, because you’re about to face your biggest competition yet: You. That’s right—our Be Well Workout of the Week pits you against none other than yourself.

Here’s how it goes: Set a timer for 30 minutes and get ready to move. You’ll work through a list of six exercises, starting with two reps of each move. Easy, right? Well, hold on to your dumbbells because you’ll then move on to four of everything, then six, then eight, and so on, doing two more reps than the last set until the 30 minutes are up. So, work as hard and as fast as you can, and try to make it as far as possible in those 30 minutes. In a few days, try the workout again. Maybe you’ll beat yourself!

Squat with overhead press
Lunge row (Do on each side)
Toe-tap abs
Ski jumpers (Left and right is one)
Push-ups
Dead lifts
