Are you an expert when it comes to sun salutations but only lace up your sneakers to run errands? Or maybe you’ve finished every 5K in the past five years, but you can’t quite touch your toes during post-workout stretches? If you can relate, then Dan’s Down Dog and Dash is the perfect event for you.

This Sunday, October 20th, Lululemon ambassador Kristin Page will lead an outdoor yoga session followed by a fun run through South Wayne. And for those of you whose running shoes haven’t seen the light of day in a while, not to worry: You have the choice of running either a 5K or a participating in a shorter one mile run.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the organization For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation, a non-profit which provides cancer patients and their families some much needed vacation time. So for Pete’s sake (I mean, I had to.), register here.

$25 per person or $100 families up to five people, October 20th at 8 a.m., Radnor Middle School, 150 Louella Avenue, Wayne.
