“I’ll take a small cup of the Moose Tracks with rainbow sprinkles and metal shavings, please,” said no one ever.

According to NBC Philadelphia, the Lancaster County-based ice cream company Turkey Hill has issued a voluntary recall of three flavors of their product due to a concern that the desserts might contain metal shards. Ouch, my mouth aches just thinking about it.

The ice cream in question was sold after October 1st at Turkey Hill Mini Markets, some Wal-Mart stores and small grocery stores in Pennsylvania. However, the company stated in a press release that, as of yet, no injuries or containers with metal have been reported.

So if you picked up some Turkey Hill Ice Cream on your weekend grocery store run, know that the three flavors to look out for are Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Premium Ice Cream, Moose Tracks Stuff’d Frozen Dairy Dessert, and Fudge Ripple Premium Ice Cream.
