Last week we gave you nine great options for pick-your-own apple farms near Philly. Once you go (you haven’t already? What’s wrong with you?), you’ll inevitably leave with bags and bags of fresh-from-the-tree apples because picking them yourself is just so darn fun. But when you get home, it’ll hit you: What in the world does one do with so many apples?

Fear not: I’m here with 10 good ideas. (Well, 11 if you count the 160-calorie apple-cinnamon muffins I posted on this blog before, which are absolutely, positively delicious and which you should make at least twice while you have so many apples at your disposal.) Check out the recipes below for healthy ways to make a dent in your apple stash.
