Sip-N-Glo Juicery Launches New Juice Cleanse Line and Bottled Juices

If you stop by Sip-N-Glo Juicery on Saturday, you might notice something new: a line of new fresh-pressed juices all packaged up and ready to go. The four-month-old juice bar announced this week that it will begin offering bottled juices and juice-cleanse programs starting this weekend.

There will be three cleanse options available: Traditional Cleanse ($50 a day), Athlete Cleanse ($60 a day) and Supplemental Cleanse (either $30 or $38 a day, depending on the option you choose). The traditional cleanse, which is meant to give your digestive system a break and help you detox, includes four juices, one protein drink and one nut milk. The Athlete Cleanse features four juices, two protein drinks and a nut milk. The added protein is meant to keep active cleansers energized for their normal fitness routine.

The Supplemental Cleanses, of which there are two options, is meant for people who don’t want to totally commit to an all-liquid diet. They include a mix of juices and protein drinks, as well as meal ideas for you to make at home.

The juicery is also introducing new juices and smoothies to its regular lineup this fall. The El Guapo juice is a bright concoction with red pepper, apple, cilantro and spinach. Herban Legend (get it?) has pear, cukes, spinach, parsley and mint. The two smoothies are Buzzed, which is an up-and-at-’em mix with coffee, cacao, banana, honey and almond milk, and, the one I’m most looking forward to, The Great Pumpkin, which has pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg honey, vanilla, banana and almond milk. Yum!

Check them all out at Sip-N-Glo at 932 South Street.
