To Do: Free Lunch Every Wednesday at Real Food Works

I’m pretty good about packing lunches at the beginning of the week, but by the time Wednesday rolls around, I’m usually completely bored with the ho-hum salad and yogurt I promised myself I’d eat every day. Here’s a fun way to mix up your lunch routine: Every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m., local healthy-meal-plan service Real Food Works will host free, family-style Farm Table Lunches at its HQ in Center City.

The food served each week will come straight off the RFW menu, meaning the lunches double as a preview of the kinds of food you could get through its meal-delivery service. The foods are prepared by partner restaurants in the area.

Seats are limited, so be sure to sign up in advance. Right now, dates are available every Wednesday starting next week, September 25th, through December 18th. Get more info and sign up here.

FREE, Wednesdays starting September 25th from noon to 1 p.m., Real Food Works, 224 North Juniper Street, Philadelphia.
