To Do: Yoga for Cyclists with Expert Bike Fittings at Maha Yoga

Yoga meets cycling at this upcoming workshop at Maha Yoga. Instructors Morgan Andrews and Jean-Jacques Gabriel will teach a special all-levels session focused on stretching and conditioning backs, wrists, legs and hips—all areas that can take a beating from constant bike riding. Participants will leave equipped with an arsenal of go-to stretches to use before and after bike rides to get the most out of your workout and help speed recovery. Before the class, local bike mechanic Monica Paquinell will offer proper bike-fit tips and answer your questions about how to do at-home tune-ups. Useful! Learn more and register here.

$15 before September 21st, $20 after, September 28th from 2 to 4 p.m., Maha Yoga and Healing Arts, 1700 Sansom Street, sixth floor, Philadelphia.

This is the same day as the MS City to Shore ride, which many local cyclists (including myself) participate in. Will you do this again? Please???
