Young Involved Philadelphia’s Running Club Is Back Tomorrow

Last month, we told you about Young Involved Philadelphia’s inaugural running club gathering, which included a group jog to Race Street Pier with drinks and mingling afterward at Morgan’s Pier. Since our post was so ridiculously popular, we wanted to make sure you had the heads up that the group will reconvene tomorrow for its second monthly installment.

At 6:30, the YIP Running Club will head out from Philadelphia Runner at 16th and Sansom for a four-mile run along the Schuylkill River around the Art Museum. The run will end at the Schuylkill Banks, where runners will get a tour of the new Paine Park skatepark and learn more about future development projects in the area, including the boardwalk being built from Locust to South Street. Then, runners will head to Kite and Key for drinks and conversation.
