Okay, okay, so summer doesn’t officially arrive for a few weeks, but that hasn’t stopped me from breaking out the grill, oh, eight or nine times already this season. Now that I’ve already blown through the staples—chicken, salmon, chicken, repeat—I’m looking for some out-of-the-box things I can throw on the ol’ Weber.
