Don’t underestimate the health benefits of happiness. Here, five things to make you smile today.

• Thank you, Greatist, for reminding us that happiness and health go hand in hand. Don’t believe me? Happy people live longer, are less stressed, and even catch fewer colds (really!). So that’s why you should take five minutes right now to check out Greatist’s roundup of five things that will absolutely, positively make you smile right now, including: a photo of a room made entirely of Belgian chocolate, a story of a little boy who got his stuffed bunny back thanks to Instagram, an app that tracks your happiness, and more. • Here’s something else that might make you smile: a story about how the Supreme Court justices work out. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, for example, can do 20 push-ups in a row—on her toes. The WaPo has more.
