To Do Tomorrow: Food Inc. Screening in Doylestown

The film is the first in the Farm Fresh Film Series at the County Theater.

If you haven’t seen it yet (and have a strong stomach), the Doylestown Food Co-Op and Bucks County Foodshed Alliance are hosting a screening of the 2008 food-industry documentary, Food Inc. The film takes an inside look at corporate-farming practices in the U.S. and (spoiler alert) pretty much comes the conclusion that the industry—and what comes out of it—ain’t healthy. At. All.

The screening, which will take place at Doylestown’s County Theater, is actually the kick-off of a four-part Farm Fresh Film Series. Other films on tap include Locavore (June 6th), 2 Angry Moms (September 26th), and Food Stamped (December 5th). Find out more and get tickets here.

$8 for co-op members, $10 for nonmembers, March 20th at 7:30 p.m., County Theater, 20 East State Street, Doylestown.
