Raise you’re hand if you’re feeling a bit, er, bloated after a week of holiday indulgences. Not to worry—this week’s Be Well workout will have you sweating calories in no time.
For this workout, you are going to start with 50 reps of one exercise, then do 45 reps of another, followed by 40 of another, and so on until you end with five reps of a final exercise. After that, you have a one-minute sprint, which you can do on a track, treadmill, elliptical, bike—you get the picture. Then, start the circuit from the top and do the entire workout four more times, for a total of five rounds. Make sense? Great—let’s get to it!
BeWOW: Five-Round Countdown
Complete five rounds of the following circuit:
50 squat jumps
45 crunches on the physioball
40 lunge jumps (total)
35 mountain climbers (on each side)
30 alternating overhead shoulder press (total)
25 dead lifts
20 lunge rows (each side)
Sprint: one minute
