To Do: Rothman Institute 8K
A marathon-weekend race for non-marathoners.
Did you know that the Philadelphia Marathon weekend isn’t just about the Philadelphia Marathon? On Saturday November 17th, runners will line up for the Rothman Institute 8K, a scenic 4.97-mile run that near the Art Museum and runs out-and-back along West River Drive. It finishes with a victory lap on the Ben Franklin Parkway. The race is great one for anybody who wants a challenge without the full- or half-marathon commitment. Runners get refreshments, T-shirts and a finisher’s certificate. Click here to register.
