The In The Kitchen Cooking School is hosting tea blogger and consultant Alexis Siemons this Sunday, July 22, for a tea tasting and tea-infused cooking class in Haddonfield, New Jersey. During the class, Siemons will answer the question all tea drinkers have asked themselves: What’s the trick to the perfect steep? She’ll also be sharing a few of her favorite teas and teaching attendees some of her favorite “tea dishes.” How about some matcha tea dressing, oolong-infused couscous and chai tea S’mores?
