Head to Manayunk this weekend to see just how green Philly can be. Learn how to live more sustainably at the Second Annual Eco Arts Festival, the finale to a week of environmentally-friendly events. This Saturday and Sunday, Main Street will be lined with booths featuring artists who create everything from ceramics to blue jeans out of recyclable materials, businesses that use and promote recycled material and sustainable energy, and non-profits working to “greenify” our community. There will be an Eco Car Show with good-gas-mileage vehicles, and an Eco Experience tent with lectures nearly every hour during the event.

Free, September 24, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and September 25, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Main Street in Manayunk from Levering Street to Pensdale Avenue.
