3-4 local peaches, pit removed and cut into 8-10 wedges
3-4 local tomatoes, cut into 8-10 wedges
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons basil, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar

Combine peaches, tomato and onion in a bowl.  Toss with vinegar and basil and serve.

Grilled Peaches With Yogurt and Berries
6 servings

6 small local peaches, cut in half, pit removed (if large use 3)
2, 6-oz containers of fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
2 cups local berries

Grill peaches for 3-4 minutes per side or until tender.  Top with yogurt and berries divided evenly.
