Just because you’re away from home and surrounded by sun and sand doesn’t mean you have to forgo those yoga or Pilates classes or get (completely) out of the habit of hitting the gym. From LBI to Cape May, here are the best Shore spots to sweat.

LONG BEACH ISLAND

You can buy 10, 20, or 30 visits that your entire family can use throughout the season. Hardbodies Gym and Fitness

Located only a half-block from the beach, Hardbodies is the oldest and largest gym in the area, and $99 will buy you a season’s pass (from June 1st to September 11th). You won’t find any aerobic or Pilates classes here, but you will find top-notch weight equipment that will keep that body bathing-suit ready. AVALON

Mindbody Pilates

If you want to lengthen your limbs and tighten your core before slipping on that bikini, head to MindBody Pilates. With Cape May County’s legally certified Pilates teachers, beginners and pros alike will find private, semi-private, and intimate small group mat and equipment classes. From May through September, you’ll also find Pilates and yoga on the beach for just $10 per class. WILDWOOD
