Belgian farmhouse ales are brewed extra-strong and hoppy to prevent spoilage. Sly Fox’s Saison Vos is brewed extra-strong and hoppy because it makes for a delicious beer. The brewery's crisp, clean version of this funky style is loaded with flavors of buttered scones and dried apricots. Try this IPA-like brew at the South Philadelphia Taproom, East Kensington’s Memphis Taproom or the Sly Fox brewpubs in Phoenixville and Royersford.
