I know it seems a little premature to go shouting around that spring is here — and, looking around outside, I know what you mean. But looking around Philly’s boutiques, well, that tells a different story. When it comes to spring, first come the clothes — then comes the weather.

Spring this year is such a lovely wake-up call after a dark, rough-and-tough rocker fall. Silhouettes are pretty, and more feminine, prints are bold, and color is a main story.
