It’ll be a big commission, but Voorhees realtor Erica Lacey is working for every dime. She’s the listing agent for the region’s most famous (or infamous) dwelling: 40 Landing Court in Moorestown, the former home of Terrell Owens. A recent Wall Street Journal story chronicling Owens’s trouble unloading his real estate here (the spread is on the market for $3.4 million) and in Atlanta triggered yet another tsunami of media calls, which Lacey endures whenever her star client makes news. “At least he didn’t say anything,” she says of the Journal piece. This time.
