I used your automatic complaint form to let the Board of Directors know that I am outraged at Mr. Marrazzo’s salary but I am a big believer in supporting PBS. Therefore, I will be making my pledge to NJN this year.

You may have adjusted Marrazzo’s salary down to $500K as I was advised by the telemarketer when he called, but for a non-profit to fund raise and still pay its CEO an enormous salary is unwise in this environment. If WHYY were a for-profit company, your CEO could make any amount–that is what capitalism is for. However, in that case, you would not be able to fund-raise. Search your consciences, if you have them.
