Primp: Close Shave

By Carrie Denny

If you already know and love Groom, the modern-meets-old-fashioned men’s barbershop on Walnut Street, you’ll heart that owner Joe McMenamin recently relocated to iconic 1950s barber Harry Fini’s former locale. Stop by the three-times-as-large space, outfitted in manly dark wood, leather and stone, to listen to old blues playing in the background and get a haircut and McMenamin’s specialty — the straight-razor shave.

Groom, 1324 Locust Street, 215-545-5070, groomphilly.com.
