New Year's Eve Prix Fixe Deals
Without New Year’s Eve plans? If you act fast you might sang a seat at one of these area restaurants offering a special prix fixe menu.

Alison at Blue Bell: Alison Barshak takes care of dinner and drinks for all you indecisive diners.
Four-course dinner with choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert, and wine pairings with each course, $110.
Ansill: Three isn’t a crowd at this South Street restaurant. Dine with a group and you’ll get to sample a variety of the menu’s small-plates.
Four-course menu, $75.
Brasserie Perrier: Neither of Brasserie’s two dinner options skimp on guest choices. Each meal includes extensive menu selections within the prix fixe menu.
5:30 to 6:30 p.m. seating: four-course meal, glass of champagne, $65.; 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. seating: six-course meal, glass of champagne, $120.
Geechee Girl Rice Caf: Don’t be fooled, there’s more to Geechee Girl than rice. The Germantown restaurant is serving a variety of Southern-influenced and vegetarian dishes and a massive dessert list.
3-course dinner with choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert, $40.
GiGi: It’s about choices at Market Street’s Mediterranean restaurant and lounge. GiGi’s got two seating times, an optional bar package, and plenty of options within the prix fixe menu.
6 to 6:30 p.m. seating: four-course dinner, $45; 8 to 8:30 p.m. seating: four-course dinner, champagne toast and party favors, $55. Dinner and bar package: available for the second seating only, four-course dinner, open bar from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., $95.
London Grill: The Fairmount restaurant/bar treats New Year’s Eve diners to a sneak peak of its new 2008 winter menu. Think house-cured prosciutto and homemade wasabi pasta.
Four courses and complimentary champagne toast, $50.
Marigold Kitchen: This New Year’s Eve is Solo’s (that chef Michael Solomonov) “last meal” before heading off to the kitchens of in-progress Zahav.
Six-course meal, $75.
Pond: Pair the romance of Pond’s year-round garden with the elegance of its Mediterranean-inspired menu and you’ve got the perfect New Year’s spot for Main Line couples.
Six-course tasting menu and champagne toast, $95.
Striped Bass: Both meal options at the Striped Bass allow New Year’s diners to sample the Center City restaurant’s decadent seafood dishes.
5 to 7:30 p.m. seating: three-course meal, $95; 8:30 to 10 p.m. seating: four-course meal, $145.
Supper: The name says it all: Sup on a casual but creative New Year’s meal at this South Street joint.
6:30 p.m. seating: four-course prix fixe with choice of entrée, $65; 9:30 p.m. seating: six-course prix fixe with choice of entrée, champagne toast and party favors, $100.
Tangerine: The aromas and flavors of Mediterranean cuisine waft in the New Year at Tangerine in Old City.
9 p.m. seating: six-course menu, $125.
333 Belrose: As the meal progresses so do the menu choices at this Radnor bar and grill. Start with an amuse bouche and end with your choice of one of six entrées.
Five-course menu with dessert sampler and champagne toast, $75.
Twenty21: The Center City restaurant compliments its decadent New Year’s meal with wine pairings from the two-story bar.
Four-course meal, $65, with wine pairings, $100.
White Dog: Naturally, White Dog’s New Year’s menu spotlights locally grown eats.
Seating begins at 8:30 p.m., four-course menu with choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert, $60.
Xochitl: Located on historic Headhouse Square, this Mexican restaurant spices up the traditional holiday fare with exotic ingredients and optional cocktail pairings.
Four-course dinner with choice of soup, appetizer, entrée and dessert, $50. Cocktail pairings, $20.
