Unless you have masochistic tendencies, nothing can make a trip to the dentist pleasant. But Montco’s Heritage Dental makes it as good as it can be, with herbal teas, a waterfall and foot massagers. Once you’re in the dreaded (massage) chair, the dentist keeps you calm with nitrous or Valium (!) and the latest pain-free laser techniques. Alas, there’s not much they can do about the pain you’ll feel when the bill arrives: A complete new-patient visit runs around $265.
