How long should I wait after the RSVP date has passed to stalk non-repliers?

Start the very next week. If the date was on a Friday, start calling on Tuesday or Wednesday. Your caterer needs to know!

A girl who I like but don’t regularly keep in touch with invited me to her wedding. It’s – never crossed my mind to invite her to mine, but do I have to now?

If your budget and space allow, it’s certainly a nice gesture, even if she’s in your “B” round of invites. Otherwise, no, you’re not obligated to invite her.

I have more people than my groom – coming to the wedding, and I don’t want it to look – lopsided at the – ceremony. Is it okay to forget about the bride’s side/groom’s side thing?

Yes, it’s absolutely okay to just fill in the seats evenly on either side as guests arrive. Some people will want to sit on a specific side, so just have your ushers explain that you’ve chosen not to designate bride or groom.
