Tickets to the 107th Army/Navy game — the 80th to be played in Philly — went long ago, but with ship tours, military firepower on display, and a video wall simulcasting the game on Saturday, the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing might just be more of a kick than sitting in the bleachers at the Linc.
