Guess what? Our favorite shop at the Pier just so happened to win this year's Best of Philly 2007 for "best new clothing chain." We wonder how that happened. Very mysterious. Congratulations, Scoop NYC! Keep stocking those Tory Burch ballet flats and Diane Von Furstenberg jumpers, and you'll keep us happy.
