Hardbodies Gym and Fitness
Located a half block from the beach, Hardbodies is the oldest and largest gym in the area.You won’t find any aerobic or Pilates classes here. Open only during the summertime, they help shore-goers score the perfect beach body with an emphasis on circuit training.

Surfside Fitness
If too many hours at the office have left you more flabby than fit, sign up for a few personal training sessions at Surfside Fitness. If you’d rather burn off the calories in a group class or are interested in nutrition counseling, you can stroll down a few blocks to their sister facility, Surfside Loft Pilates & Yoga Studio on 4202 Landis Ave., to bend and stretch yourself into a better-looking you.
