We have a really loud Uncle in the family who is even louder when he drinks. At my sisters wedding, when I was giving my toast my Uncle was being top of the line obnoxious and making everyone feel uncomfortable - I couldnt gather my words so I just started laughing out of nervousness. Anyway, once my Uncle calmed down and the rest of the crowd stopped laughing - my speech was kaput. After the wedding, I wrote down my toast and gave it to the lovely bride so her and her new husband could here all the wonderful things I had to say about them.
