Blackfish Is Doing A 4th Of July Lobster Bake

Yeah, yeah. There are a LOT of restaurants out there doing special events for the 4th of July. But how many of them involve full-on lobster bakes?

Well, there’s at least one that we know of. And we have the menu.

For those of you who haven’t made your plans yet for the Fourth, here’s something if you’re looking to get away from the madness and have a solid meal. Blackfish is hosting a Lobster Bake. The four course menu ($45) covers all the basics of a Fourth of July meal and will be available from 5pm – 10pm.

Remember: Blackfish is BYOB, so come prepared if you’re looking to celebrate the holiday in proper style (with alcohol, not fireworks). Here’s a rundown on the menu:

First Course: Potato
Smoked Peanut Potato, Torpedo Onion, Bagna Cauda and Dill

Second Course: Corn
Lobster Custard, Creamed Jersey Corn with Lemon Thyme

Third Course: The Bake
Maine Lobster, Manila Clams, Summer Squash and Cultured Cream

Fourth Course: Pie
Lemon Curd, Blueberry Preserves and Red Wine Meringue
