Boxcar Brewery Hosts Beer Pairing Dinner

Boxcar Brewing is hosting their first (post opening) event at their new brewpub, and it’s going to be a beer pairing event with head chef and brewmaster Jamie Kosher. The beer pairing is a two-night event, held on Tuesday Feb. 24 and Wednesday Feb. 25 at 7 pm both nights.

For $60, you’ll get five courses (and, of course, beer to go with them). The menu includes a cheese plate paired with a Mango Ginger Pale Ale, Chinese apple with blue cheese and candied pecans paired with Passenger Ale, wild mushroom and fennel soup served with a 1492 APA, filet mignon with truffled parmesan mashed potatoes and asparagus paired with Boomer Brown Ale, and finally, a brown sugar strawberry shortcake served with Boxcar’s Belgian Tripel.

You can buy your tickets to the beer pairing here.
