Fit4Mom Stroller Strides Coming to King of Prussia Mall

Moms everywhere can attest to the difficulty of fitting in a shower, let alone a workout, when there’s a baby in the mix. And this is exactly why the Fit4Mom Stroller Strides program is such a freakin’ lifesaver. Stroller Strides is an hourlong fitness class that incorporates power walking and body toning, all done with your little munchkin along for the ride in her stroller. So babies get some fresh scenery on their daily walk and moms get to fit a serious workout into their day. All without scrambling to find a babysitter! Pretty brilliant, huh?

And here’s some good news for all you King of Prussia moms (and dads are totally welcome, too, by the way.): Fit4Mom Chestnut Hill/Plymouth Meeting will be bringing their Stroller Strides program to the King of Prussia Mall starting in February. The first class will be held on February 4th at 9 a.m. And—bonus!—the grand opening class is free. Participants can expect to get their sweat on and then refuel with some light refreshments afterwards. And apparently, there will even be a few prizes and giveaways involved.
