Citron and Rose Fall Wine Maker Dinner

Chestnuts, apples, dark chocolate, bone marrow, cinnamon and chanterelle mushrooms are all flavors of fall, and all of them are making appearances on Citron and Rose chef Karen Nicolas‘s menu for the November 3 pairing dinner featuring the wines of Israel’s Carmel Winery.

$125 a head gets you five courses plus wine pairings. Both the chef and the winemaker will be on hand to chat and answer questions. And you can check out the full menu below.
